A growing number of organisations have recognised that ITIL and other Best Practice Frameworks are more and more the key to IT management and for a number of business processes. To learn quickly the adoption of international best practices can be pivotal to many IT dependent organisations like banks, insurance companies, governmental organisations, industry, health sector, etc. This
is why bITa center introduces its first conference which targets a high level
audience and will feature both national and international speakers. The conference
will have a similar setup as the successful Dutch and Spanish edition. It will
feature a 3 track programme with top keynotes. Extra focus on the CIO Agenda
